WHY NOT?
More than just a presentation, it is a revolution.
Throughout the history of the world, humans have always believed in their ability to achieve whatever they set their minds on, and quite frankly, we have done pretty well for ourselves. Often relying on brute force, intelligence or favorable environmental conditions, humans have set lofty aspirations in the hope of safeguarding and advancing civilization.
Until we can’t.
When we talk about milestones, achievements and resources, we often pay more attention to what is physical and overlook what is invisible to the eye. What we fail to realize is that all our successes and achievements are predicated on that which cannot be physically seen.
Quality of Life, and this is where Saladmaster comes in.

Realizing that in Nigeria today, more than 28 million people have been diagnosed with Heart related conditions like High Blood Pressure, High Cholesterol, Cardiovascular Diseases, Stroke and others, and more than 11 million people have been diagnosed with Diabetes (90% being Type 2), that puts us among the top 5 countries dealing with these challenges. And then there is Cancer that claims more than 100,000 lives every year. Recent studies have shown that the life expectancy of a Nigerian is now pegged at 53 years.
When we consider our environment, we can make the claim that these challenges are not going away any time soon, and what this means is that once the quality of human life drops, our ability to produce quality results, safeguard our families, and even advance human civilization are affected.
So, the big question is, how do we improve the quality of life?
A lot of factors play significant roles in the quality of life we have, but one factor that will forever be as important as anything is the FOOD we eat. Doctors and dietitians have told us that what we eat and how we prepare them affect how we look, how we feel, and how long we live. What this simply means is that food matters more than the car you drive or landed properties that you own.
What you eat and how it is prepared.
To be continued.
